I am Marianne, a Danish woman, living in Berlin since 1994 with my my husband and our two children, a daughter at 15 years and a son at 9.
In my job as an interculturalist, I merge generations and cultures. I am making worskhops, lectures and longer processes in companies (oft global players), to make the employees cultural aware and teach them how to deal with the differences, to get better results.
The Digital Natives, the generation born after 1980, represents a cultural unit, which the Digital Immigrants (the older generation) has to get to know. The gap between the two generations needs a bridge, which I build with my knowhow.
